Left for work 7 am Got there about 8.30. Left to Bradshaw. Spoke to HUB police. Walked one mile. Three other people on track. Left about 5 to car. sat there adjusting songs on device. Got hamburger fries latte about 1000 calories at BK😶. Home around 7 p.m. Going to bed.

2019 10/29/19

I weigh over 220 pounds.  I was 186 in 2012!
Joining HBU Gym today for 3 months to see  how I do.
I am using the milage from this blog to start again.
Try for 3 miles a day 5 days a week.
